Orders
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched we may not be able to make changes.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes up to 5 working days from dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details where available.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Are return postage costs covered?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. This usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

Do you restock sold out items?
