Shipping & Returns
We aim to process all UK orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched within one to two working days after payment has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details where available
Delivery Times
Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes up to five working days from the date of order. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for remote locations.
Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us within fourteen days of receiving it. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn or altered. Please keep your proof of postage when returning any items, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
